Hi! I am Emily Nash, Owner and Operator of EN Consulting Group, LLC, and I am so glad you are here. I started my HR journey in Minnesota a few years after graduating college with a BS in Psychology. You won’t be surprised that I use that Psychology degree frequently in my HR career! Over the last decade I have worked in the private and public sectors supporting and developing the talent strategies for small and large organizations. I am well versed in US labor laws having supported teams from Rhode Island to California.

My other full-time job is taking care of three little humans and I moonlight as an HR professional. Outside of my family, my driving force start EN Consulting and move into Fractional HR work is the immense value I see in a strong people function for a small business. However, a lot of small organizations do not have the budget to invest in a full time HR leader. I’ve seen the amazing value Fractional HR Consulting can bring to a small business.
